DC SREC Market
The District of Columbia will allow solar generators from states within and adjacent to the PJM region to be registered and certified. The accepted out-of-state generators may also vary over time. The market is much more straightforward than other states with a set SACP through 2018. Though it is a small market, with a comparably low requirement, the SRECs in DC are trading well.
