Monthly Auctions
Our monthly SREC auctions began in August of 2008 and have expanded into every state and region that requires compliance. Auctions are held on the first Friday of each month.  Winning buyers receive their SRECs within 5 business days of Auction close. For registered buyers with successful bids, payments are due on delivery, so there are no surprises in the transaction process, creating a smooth and risk-less transaction for the buyers.

Prepaid Forwards
Buyers can choose to enter into our Prepaid Forward markets to buy and trade future SRECs created by facilities with estimated generation.  Payments are made at the point of purchase based on market prices for the Forward SREC contract.  Since SREC generation is based on estimates, the future quantity is a known quantity and purchases can be executed with that in mind.

Traditional Forwards - Payment on Delivery
For larger facilites that are ineligible for estimated generation, SRECTrade offers traditional forward contracts. We match accredited sellers with buyers in a safe and efficient way.  SRECTrade helps buyers minimize time spent vetting projects and offering contracts that are never realized.  Our service also provides a value platform for project developers who need to finance SREC projects.
