Indiana has a voluntary Renewable Portfolio Standard, which does not include a solar carve out. While utilities may offer incentives to solar system owners, there is not a viable SREC market due to the weak RPS requirements.

However, Indiana-sited solar systems in PJM Territory are eligible to participate in the Pennsylvania Tier-I REC market and the Virginia REC Market.
