Wisconsin

Wisconsin does not currently have a viable SREC market as there is no solar carve-out. For a period of time before January 2011, WI systems were eligible to apply to the DC SREC market. New WI-sited applicants to SRECTrade must have been grandfathered into the DC SREC market before 2011.
